For our office parties we get Kentucky Fried Chicken to make up a batch of their potato salad and their famous coleslaw for us. Can be picked up just before the party. We had two large glass bowls we transferred the p.s. and c. into to make them look pretty on the table.

Another thing we did was have our supermarket make up a couple of trays of goodies, and also vegetables with dips.
Apple pies, strawberry tarts, maybe chocalate chip cookies.
Spinach salad with pecans, strawberries, cherry tomatoes and red onions. Have him keep in fridge and drizzle a warm spinach salad dressing on top right before serving.
well if u want to conform to most ppl then id suggest some type of sugary dish, but most ppl dont realize that they maybe cookin for ppl who can't have a whole lot of sugar i.e diebetics. so might i suggest some things i myself have wrote down in my personal cookbook.
